Returns
Eligibility for Return:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
The item must be unused (for new products) or in the same condition that you received it (for used products listed as working).
Surplus goods should remain in the condition described upon purchase.
Items should be in their original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:
Contact us at alan@murphyjunk.net with your order number and item details.
Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we’ll update you on the status of your return.
Refunds
Approval: After inspecting the returned item, we’ll inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing Time: If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Though we process our refunds within 15 days, the actual credit will appear within a specific number of days based on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
Damaged Items
If your electronics or surplus goods order arrives damaged, contact us immediately within the 30-day return period.
